All new-starters undertake a three-day intensive induction, where they get to know Marsh & Parsons, our values, and meet senior leaders from all areas of the business. The program is designed to give you all the knowledge you’ll need to get going in your new role and settle into the business. You’ll get to know how each department operates, letting you in on how Marsh & Parsons provides clients with award-winning service and delivers outstanding results, time and again.
We offer a wide range of learning environments – from structured training programmes in our specialist training facilities, to external courses, flexible study and live-role training. We will continuously encourage your development, including supporting you through relevant industry qualifications. You’ll receive personalised training throughout your career at Marsh & Parsons to help you succeed.
