Why did you choose M&P?

One of my dearest friends had just started at M&P and I’d never seen her happier. You know what they say about birds of a feather… well, I applied as soon as I could.

What do you like most about working for M&P?

I get asked this question a lot, and the answer never changes. It’s the people that work at M&P that I like the most about M&P, which is also what has kept me here since, for almost two decades and counting. I’ve seen the most incredible number of personal success stories involving my colleagues. There’s nothing better than seeing people thriving as a result of their successes.

What was your background before you started?

I worked for estate agency in London, but prior to that I was a musician.

How have you progressed whilst working here?

I started as a manager, re-opening the Chelsea office and worked my way up to the Management Board as Lettings Director. In 2018, I was appointed CEO.

Any advice for new starters?

Hard work really does pay off when you combine it with positivity. Whilst you can’t always be naively positive, getting your mood back on track is a vital skill.
