Digitally-led integrated communications agency Brands2Life has won the Zoopla consumer PR account, beating
global comms behemoth Weber Shandwick in a competitive pitch to replace the incumbent Instinctif Partners.
Instinctif, which incorporates the Wriglesworth Consultancy, runs the LSL Propery Press Awards and has a
remaining clients roster including Marsh & Parsons, Stirling Ackroyd and Mortgage Advice Bureau; the agency
has had a long and fruitful run with Zoopla, managing media for the No.2 portal since the origin-story days of
PropertyFinder.
Lawrence Hall, Head of Communications at Zoopla Property Group: As our brief was geared towards generating
creative and integrated content as well as handling traditional press office work, we challenged participating
agencies beyond the more conventional pitch process. By incorporating video work, brainstorming and some
road-mapping activity into the process, we were able to get a solid understanding of how an agency might work
with us and what their capabilities are. The competition was strong, but the energy, detailed research and creative
ideas Brands2Life brought to the process was excellent. They clearly understand the online and property space
and importantly identify with how we are bringing PR, social and content together to achieve greater internal
integration, output and results.
Jodie Simpson, Co-Chair of the Consumer practice at Brands2Life: Were so chuffed to add Zoopla to our list of
clients and break into the housing market with one of the best brands in the business. Weve created an exciting
programme packed with shareable content ideas which well execute across social and traditional channels to
challenge Zooplas competitors and help them reach new and existing audiences on and offline.
