Marsh & Parsons will be opening a new office in Islington this autumn.
The new office, located at 154-155 Upper Street near the Islington Assembly Hall, will be the third Marsh & Parsons office in north London following the opening of Camden in 2014 and Tufnell Park in 2016.
Upon opening, Islington will represent the company’s fourth new location in 20 months – following the unveiling of the Tooting, Tufnell Park and Brixton offices – and brings the total number to 27 in addition to their Head Office, and New Homes office in Soho.
To celebrate the opening, the Islington team is offering local homeowners a 0% fee [1] on any property sales in the first 3 months of opening. This is a significant discount from the standard 2% commission, which could save local sellers an average of £16,348 on their sale [2].
