I have to just say how happy we are that we chose M&P and dealt with you and Jodie who have been so very helpful. I can’t believe we’ve finally done it! Who would have thought that almost five years ago to the day you showed and sold us that flat! I have only positive feedback for you, obviously having worked with M&P for several years now, about five and a bit years now, particularly closely with Zoe, my searches are always acknowledged by her, in fact, Zoe is always one of the first of the corporate contacts to come back to me once the search has gone out either letting me know that M&P don’t cover the area or letting me know who I can expect to hear from – and that person is always copied into the return email so Zoe is then in the loop throughout the process – which is comforting for me. Your Agents are always very flexible when it comes time to book the appointments and have on many occasions moved things around to accommodate me. The Agents are also very quick to respond once Zoe has emailed them and the properties always come back having met the brief which is very useful for me. Your Agents are always well presented, and their cars are always clean – as well as punctual which for me is a huge thing as I’m sure you can imagine, when you are running on a schedule, we can afford to be late for the next appointment.

My name is Brett and I am reaching out because of the great work Lewis recently did. I believe when someone goes above and beyond, like Lewis, then it should be recognized. To say the least, I can be difficult to work with, but Lewis’ patience and demeanour made a tough situation much easier. His work ethic and constant updates really helped move the situation along and constantly kept me in the know. I am not sure if you are aware, but Lewis was recently put in a tough situation, and was forced to play the middleman. It was a hard situation to say the least and I think many would have cracked under the pressure. Lewis was the polar opposite. I do not know Lewis, but from this interaction I’d have to believe he is an asset to your firm and I am lucky to have had him help me during this time. I should note that going forward I am open to working with Marsh & Parsons again and I can confirm that this is solely due to Lewis. I was quite unhappy with the firm, but his actions fully changed that. I hope this email does Lewis well because in my opinion he was nothing short of great. Thank you for hiring such strong and resourceful people.
